Garden Consultation

Why book a garden consultation with us?



We work with plants every day (most days of the year!) and have built up an in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of plants, how to prune and care for these and what problems can occur.

We started doing garden consultations after a number of new clients asked if we could offer this as a service and as the feedback was so positive, these have become a key part of our work.

The consultation is around an hour long so that we can get a thorough feel for the space. We can cover some or all of the following during the hour with you.

• managing and caring for existing planting
• soil improvement
• composting and mulching for drought tolerant borders
• managing weeds
• pruning - how and when?
• pests and diseases
• lawn care
• new planting based on your soil and aspect ‘right plant, right place’ 
• pollinator and wildlife friendly gardening
